What happened

I really enjoyed this game. Got to level 57 and just tried to get on and it bounced me back to the beginning. I had over 10000 in gold coins and 14 purple gems. Now Im
Back to zero? So glad I did not pay real money for this game of any add ons. Very disappointed. This was one game I looked forward to playing every day. And yes, I did delete and reloaded to see if that would help.,still nothing. Please fix glitch
